Modified Burpee Jump Over

Start by standing far enough away from block so that your head doesn't hit it. Plant your hands on the ground just outside of shoulder width. Kick your feet back and lower yourself to the ground so your chest and thighs are touching the ground. Bring your feet back up towards your hands and stand up. Rapidly step on to the box with one leg and over with other. Turn around and repeat.

Burpee Jump Over

Start by standing far enough away from block so that your head doesn't hit it. Plant your hands on the ground just outside of shoulder width. Kick your feet back and lower yourself to the ground so your chest and thighs are touching the ground. Bring your feet back up towards your hands and stand up. Rapidly swing your arms back while dipping your knees to start the jump. Swing your arms forward while jumping completely over the box. Turn around and repeat.

Lateral Hops

Stand with your toes pointed forward and feet shoulder-width apart. Bend your knees, then immediately jump up over block. Swing your arms forward as you jump to increase momentum. Land on the balls of your feet. Now repeat to opposite side.

Lateral Cross Over

While standing with legs together on one side of a block step up up with leg closest to it. Now pushing through the balls of your feet on the leg thats still on the floor jump onto the block so that you are standing on it. Now step to the other side one leg at a time and repeat.
